TERMS AND CONDITION

1.1. You can only buy an Entry if You are a Nigerian Citizen physically located and contactable anywhere in the world via any of our approved Release / Payment platform route; Banks, RHL website, ATM, Mobile and such as updated from time to time. You must register the required details at the point of Release / Payment for entry for validation.
1.2. Each Entry must be bought for its full price, Entries can only be bought via approved Release / Payment plat form only.
1.3. An Entry won't be entered into a Draw after the relevant Draw entry Break/Close (subject to Rule 8.8). This will usually be within a month interval before the relevant Draw takes place.
1.4. Your Entry will only be valid if it is recorded and validated on RHL’s IT & Web System.
1.5. You can only buy Entries and receive Prize(s)/Winning(s) in line with these Rules, Terms
& Condition, as relevant, and the Raffle and Draw Procedures and/or any Specific Rules that apply to a Draw.
1.6. There is no general right for a person to buy an Entry. RHL can refuse to sell Entries to anyone, and/or limit the number of Entries You can buy, with/without giving a reason.
1.7. Subject to Rule 1.9, the following people cannot buy an Entry (and RHL will not be liable to Release / Pay/issue a Prize/Winning to them):
(a) Anyone under the age of 16, whether that person is buying it for themselves or anyone else;
(b) Directors and employees of RHL;
(c) Any person who has been prohibited from buying an Entry or receiving a Prize (including without limitation a person whose has been fraudulent to RHL’s system);
(d) Any person who is not a Nigerian Citizen physically located in any contactable location in the world at the time of buying, the relevant Entry;
(e) Any person who does not meet the criteria set out in Section 1.1 & 1.2 of this Rule and/or T&C;
(f) Any person who is prevented from entry under the LSLB’s Codes of Conduct; and
(g) Anyone else, RHL and the Lottery Board may decide and specify in any amendment which is made to these Rules or in any other appropriately published communication from time to time.
1.8. If a Prize/Winning is released / paid / issued to anyone listed in Rule 1.7, that person will be required to Release / Pay / Return the Prize/winning immediately if RHL requests it.
1.9. With the RHL’s written consent, RHL employees will be able to buy Entries but only for the purpose of testing RHL’s system and operation/procedure. RHL may impose conditions on any consent granted including, for example, that RHL employees and RHL will not be entitled to benefit from any Prize(s)/Winnings won by any such Entries.
1.10. You agree that entering the Raffle whilst located in any uncontactable jurisdiction in the World is strictly prohibited. You also agree that RHL will not be liable to Release / Pay/Issue a

(e) Any person who does not meet the criteria set out in Section 1.1 & 1.2 of this Rule and/or T&C;
(f) Any person who is prevented from entry under the LSLB’s Codes of Conduct; and
(g) Anyone else, RHL and the Lottery Board may decide and specify in any amendment which is made to these Rules or in any other appropriately published communication from time to time.
1.8. If a Prize/Winning is released / paid / issued to anyone listed in Rule 1.7, that person will be required to Release / Pay / Return the Prize/winning immediately if RHL requests it.
1.9. With the RHL’s written consent, RHL employees will be able to buy Entries but only for the purpose of testing RHL’s system and operation/procedure. 1.10. You agree that entering the Raffle whilst located in any uncontactable jurisdiction in the World is strictly prohibited. You also agree that RHL will not be liable to Release / Pay/Issue a
a Prize/Wining to You in respect of any entries. RHL has the right to terminate Your Entry, terminate Your ability to buy Entries for the Raffle, and/or refuse any and all current or future Entries by You if it suspects or knows that You have Subscribed/Entered or are intending to Subscribe/Enter the Raffle whilst located in any jurisdiction against as specified.

2.1. You are responsible for keeping safe and confidential any information required to claim a Prize/Winning for a particular Entry (including but not limited to, for example, the relevant Ticket Number and Your Identification Information).
If You aren’t able to provide sufficient Identification Information when claiming a Prize/Winning, the Prize/Winning won't be released / paid/issued.
2.2 You are also responsible for:
(a) Checking that Your Ticket shows the correct information of Entries, Raffle and Draw details and that it doesn’t include duplicate Entries for the same Draw. Any raffle reference/serial number given for a Draw should be unique – You should let RHL know if this isn’t the case for Your Ticket; and
(b) Need to provide certain information to RHL during the subscription/entry process (including but not limited to Release / Payment, Identification details) which will help RHL determine whether or not
You meet the criteria set out above and verify Your eligibility to subscribe/enter for respective Raffle Draw. RHL reserves the right to ask an authentication agency to verify this information.
2.3. RHL may have to share any personal information You provide when subscribing/entering for respective Raffle Draw with all relevant constituted institutions.
RHL may also share this information with third parties in order to process any subscription/entry and to manage the subscription/entry, process and confirmation. RHL and third parties on its behalf may carry out checks to ensure that You are entitled to subscribe/enter the Raffle Draw.
2.4. RHL can refuse to accept a subscription/entry for any reason, including if it is not satisfied that the information provided is adequate and/or has been verified by RHL or any authentication agency.
2.5. RHL won’t be responsible for any mistakes or omissions in respect of data recorded on any Subscription/entry Slip or Raffle Tickets. RHL will also not be liable for any loss of whatever nature suffered or incurred by any person as a result of any such mistakes or omissions affecting Subscription/entry Slip or Raffle Tickets.
2.6. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the information (including the Selections) contained in the Subscription/entry Slip, the Raffle Tickets and the information contained in RHL’s Computer System, the information registered in RHL’s Computer System will take priority.
2.7. RHL’s liability for any loss of whatever nature suffered or incurred by You as a result of any conflict or inconsistency (whether it was caused by an act or omission of RHL, its employees, retailers, co-promoters or other third parties and, whether in negligence or otherwise) is limited to the amount You released / paid for the Entry for which You suffered loss.

3.1. Only the details registered in RHL’s Computer System will be entered into the Draws on the Draw dates registered in RHL’s Computer System.
3.2. If RHL hasn’t received Your Release / Payment and confirm your subscription by the closing date of each relevant entries before the relevant Draw (or any other period of time advised by RHL),
it is highly unlikely that Your Subscription will be entered into that Draw, in which case You won’t be entitled to any winning / Prize for that Draw with that Subscription.
Before the Draw, You should check and confirm to see if Your Selection has been entered.
3.3. RHL reserves the right to cancel Your Subscription /entering Slip if Your Release / Payment fails or if it doesn’t receive the relevant Release / Payment within the period referred to in Rule 3.2 or if it receives Release / Payment but the Release / Payment fails after the relevant Draw for whatever reason.
3.4. RHL will attempt to contact You and invite You to claim Your Prize if, after 60 days from the date of the Draw, You have not attend to do the due diligence in claiming the Winning / Prize.
RHL will use the details registered at subscription / entry point to contact You. You remain responsible for claiming Your Winning / Prize.

4.1. Subject to Rule 4.6, You can only claim a Prize if You are the holder of a Subscription / Entry slip with a Winning Entry and shown on RHL’s Computer System as the holder of the associated Winning Entry and if RHL has received and confirm Release / Payment for the Entry.
4.2. If You fail to claim by providing Subscription / Entry proof within additional 7 days period in reference to Rule 3.4, Your entitlement to the Winning / Prize will be lost and the Winning
/ Prize will not be released / paid and will be redrawn for next phase of planned Raffle Draw.
4.3. No same Subscriber / Person can win a home twice; In case of such, Rule 4.4 applies.
4.4. In Reference to 4.3 above, such Second Winning / Price to a previous/past Winner will be compensated/replaced with a 20% of equivalent worth of the
respective Winning / Prize to be released / paid by the Second Winner to the previous/past winner prior to claiming Prize following Redrawn of same Winning/Price.
4.5. The Prize Claim Form must be completed in the name of, and signed by, the holder of the relevant Winning Subscription / Entry and be submitted with any Identification Information required by RHL to prove that they are the sole holder of the Subscription containing the Winning Entry.
If the Winning Subscriber / Entry holder is unable to complete a Winning / Prize Claim Form and complete the required due diligence due to legal, physical or other disability, their authorised representative can complete the Winning / Prize Claim Form and complete the required due diligence of Winning holder’s name and sign it on their behalf.
RHL is entitled (but is not required) to ask the authorised representative for evidence to prove they are allowed to claim Winning / Prize on Winning holder’s behalf.
4.6. A person can claim on behalf of a deceased Subscribe/enterer’s estate if they can prove, to RHL’s reasonable satisfaction, that they are entitled to make the claim (for example by providing a grant of probate to show their appointment as a personal representative of the
deceased Subscribe/enterer’s estate). The person claiming will need to submit any relevant proof with the Prize Claim Form, or any other details/documentation/form that RHL may require.
RHL may conduct further investigation accordingly. The authorised representative must indemnify RHL against any costs, losses, damages and expenses which RHL may incur in relation to the subscription / Entry or the Winning/Prize as a result of any misrepresentation on the Winning/Prize Claim Form (or such other details and/or documents RHL requires).
4.7. In reference to Rule 4.6. once Release/Release / Payment of the Winning/Prize has been made to the person shown on the Winning/Prize Claim Form or any other form RHL requires
(or that person’s authorised representative), RHL and its officers, employees, representatives, contractors and any person, firm or company authorised by RHL will have no further liability for Release / Payment of that Winning/Prize.
4.8. RHL is entitled to refuse to process any Winning/Prize if a Prize Claim Form (or any other details/documentations required by RHL) is incomplete.
4.9. The winner must proof to have completed all required Citizen Rights as under the Law of Republic of Nigeria and released / paid all necessary Government dues for past 3yrs of the winning date e.g. Tax Clearance; and all such that is necessary.

5.1. Before a Winning / Prize can be Released / Released / paid on an Entry, it must be successfully validated in line with RHL’s reasonable validation procedures adopted from time to time.
RHL’s decision about whether the Entry is valid will be final and binding.
5.2. Without limiting the effect of Rule 6.1, RHL will declare an Entry invalid (and will not, therefore, Release / Pay any Prize) if:
(a) the Entry is counterfeit, all or part of the Entry has been forged, or the Entry fails to pass RHL’s validation and security checks; or
(b) the Winning / Prize claim is not received within the relevant claim period set out in Rules 3.4 and 4.2; or
(c) the Ticket Number for the Entry is not on RHL’s official list of Winning Entries, or the relevant Prize for the Winning Entry with that Ticket Number has been released / paid previously; or
(d) the details associated with the Raffle Ticket Number of an Entry do not match RHL’s official records of that Ticket Number; or
(e) RHL reasonably believes that the Entry was bought by or on behalf of a person falling in one of the categories in Rule 1.7.
5.3. Without limiting the effect of Rule 6.1, RHL may declare an Entry invalid (and will not be obliged to Release / Pay any Prize) if:
(a) RHL reasonably believes that the person claiming the Prize is not the holder of the relevant Raffle Entry / Slip or that person’s duly authorised representative, or that the information provided by the person claiming the Winning / Prize is incomplete or has been altered or tampered with; or
(b) the Raffle Entry has not been issued or sold by RHL; or
(c) the Raffle Slip / Entry Number (or any other unique feature of the Entry) does not match the records on RHL’s Computer System for the Raffle that the Entry relates to; or
(d) the Entry is defective, in whole or in part.

RHL reserves the right to: 6.1. (a) ask You to attend a Regional Centre to claim Your Winning / Prize;
(b) withhold a Winning / Prize, providing it is acting reasonably, until it is entirely satisfied that an Entry is valid and that the claim has been made in good faith;
(c) withhold a Winning / Prize (or recover or seek to recover a Winning / Prize already been released / paid) until it has carried out all appropriate checks and enquiries if in its discretion it believes, on reasonable grounds,
that You (as the person claiming a Winning / Prize) are not lawfully entitled to Release / Payment of a Winning / Prize or that a Winning / Prize has been released / paid to You in circumstances where RHL decides in line with relevant Rule(s)
that the Entry is invalid or defective, or where there is any other reason for RHL (acting reasonably) to question entitlement to the Winning / Prize.
Any checks and enquiries will be carried out promptly by RHL.
You shall Return immediately on demand any Winning / Prize RHL seeks to recover; (e) recover a Winning / Prize incorrectly released / paid;
(f) request proof of entitlement to a Winning / Prize (including, without limitation, Identification Information, proof of identity and capacity to claim);
(g) refuse to Release / Pay a Winning / Prize If You are unable to or fail to produce sufficient Identification Information when claiming a Winning / Prize;
(h) photograph anyone claiming a Winning / Prize for RHL’s records;
(i) request a court to decide who a Winning / Prize should be released / paid to and/or make Release / Payment into court.
6.2. The right to a Winning / Prize is not transferable.
6..3. RHL will not be responsible or liable to any person claiming a Winning / Prize which has been released / paid to a person who assumed the identity of the relevant Entry holder.
6.4. No interest will be Release / Payable on any Winning / Prize, including without limitation whilst any checks or enquiries are carried out in relation to a Winning Entry,
whilst a dispute about the Entry or Winning / Prize claim is being resolved, or for the period a Winning / Prize remains unclaimed.
Release / Payment of Winning / Prizes to persons with a disability
6.5. If You are a person with a legal, physical or other disability and are claiming a Winning / Prize, RHL may Release / Pay the Winning / Prize to Your authorised representative with all necessary due diligence observed/completed under this rules and as deemed necessary.

7.1. RHL will decide the time, frequency, date and method of the Draws for each Raffle.
7.2. Each Draw will:
(a) select Winning Numbers at random with the help of mechanical drawing equipment (or any other equipment RHL may from time to time determine); and
(b) be conducted in line with the Draw Procedures and in the presence of a witness who will be a representative of an independent Accounting firm / Regulatory body.
7.3. If a Draw is interrupted because of equipment failure or for any other reason, the Draw will be completed in line with the applicable Draw Procedures for that Raffle. If a Draw can’t take place on the date or at the time fixed, it will take place as soon as reasonably possible after that date.
7.4. If any Raffle draw is declared invalid, another draw will take place in line with the applicable Draw Procedures to determine the Winning Numbers.
7.5. The numbers drawn and recorded in writing by the witness mentioned in Rule 7.2(b) will be the Winning Numbers for that Draw.
7.6. RHL will only Release / Pay a Winning / Prize based on the official results of the relevant Draw recorded in line with Rule 7.5 and electronically recorded in RHL’s Computer System.
RHL won’t Release / Pay a Winning / Prize based on results recorded anywhere else, including for example in newspapers, winning number telephone lines, or on the Site.
7.7. RHL won't be required to make any Release / Payment against any incorrectly announced number(s) at the Draw, and the witness as described in Rule 8.2(b) will confirm the correct number(s).
7.8. Where RHL considers it reasonable to do so, it may postpone a Draw for as long as it considers to be appropriate in the circumstances.
In that case (by way of example only, where there has been a significant disruption to the sale of entries for that Draw) RHL may continue to sell entries for that Draw beyond that Draw's normal Draw Break.

8.1. Except as required by law, RHL will disclose the identity of any Winning / Prize winner without that winner’s prior written consent.
8.2 If You win a Winning / Prize, You understand and accept that RHL may, if required by law,
provide a third party with details of any Winning / Prize claimed by You or on Your behalf, or released / paid to You and/or not limited to Promotional purposes.

9.1. RHL can announce the closing date for an individual Raffle at any time. No Entries for that Raffle will be sold after the closing date.
9.2. RHL can also (at its absolute discretion) suspend or withdraw any Raffle.

10.1. Where instructed by the Regulatory Commission, RHL will, or may (in its discretion provided it is acting reasonably),
declare that an Entry is defective. In these circumstances, all relevant Entries and all relevant Winning / Prizes won will be void and RHL will either:
(a) give the affected Subscriber/enterer an opportunity to have another Entry of equivalent price; or
(b) refund to the affected Subscribe/enterer the amount they released / paid for the defective Entry.
(c) RHL will decide which of (a) or (b) above shall apply.
(d) You do not have the right to cancel an Entry and except as set out in Rule 3, this Rule 10.1 and Rule 12.1, no refunds will be given in any circumstances. No interest will be Release / Payable in respect of any refunds made.
10.2. If RHL is fully satisfied after proper and careful enquiries that a cancellation of an Entry was wholly and directly the result of RHL’s fraud, negligence or error, and that Entry would, but for that cancellation, have been a Winning Entry,
then RHL will refund the cost of the Entry and RHL’s only liability will be to Release / Pay an amount equal to the Raffle Entry Paid
10.3. RHL’s only obligation is to Release / Pay the Winning / Prizes won in any Raffle to the rightful owners of Winning Entries, or provide a refund in the circumstances set out in these Rules.
Without limiting the effect of Rules 10.1 and 10.5, RHL will not be liable in any circumstances for any loss of whatever nature other than, subject to Rule 11.4, the non-Release / Payment of a Winning / Prize or the non-Release / Payment of a refund You are entitled to under these Rules.
In particular, but without limitation,
RHL will not be liable for any loss of profits, special, indirect or consequential loss, suffered or incurred by You (or any holder or owner of an Entry, any person claiming a Winning / Prize during the Claim Period or any other person) that arises out of the withdrawal of any Raffle or from the participation or non-participation of You or any person in any Raffle.
This includes the loss, for whatever reason, of the chance to participate in that Raffle. 10.4. RHL will not be liable to any person for:
(a) events beyond its reasonable control and expectations (for example war, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, power cut and/or failure or obstruction of any network, broadcasting or telecommunications service);
(b) the failure or destruction of, or damage to, all or part of the computer systems or records of RHL or any third party (including, without limitation, the Site and/or RHL’s Computer System);
(c) any mistakes caused by all or part of the computer systems or records of RHL or any third party (including, without limitation, the Site and/or RHL’s Computer System);
(d) delays, losses, mistakes or omissions in or made by the postal or other delivery service or by the banking system;
(e) any other action or event which prevents or hinders the issue of a valid Entry (including without limitation the failure of the Site to dissubscribe/enter correctly on any device used to view it);
(f) the refusal to sell an Entry to any person or to allow any person to subscribe/enter a Raffle Subscribe/entery;
(g) any losses caused by You, including the misuse or unauthorised use of passwords, money lost by entering the Raffle(s), and the failure to keep RHL informed of changes to Your contact details;
(h) any losses caused by the failure or malfunction of the payment platforms / app.
Your equipment or technology or Your internet service provider or mobile phone network operator, or the equipment, technology, internet service provider or mobile phone network operator of any other person or third party.
10.5. Nothing in these Rules excludes or limits (a) any person’s liability (i) for fraud; or
(ii) for death or personal injury caused by breach of any duty that person may have to take reasonable care or exercise reasonable skill;
or (b) any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10.6. You acknowledge and agree that You do not rely on, and shall have no remedy in respect of, any statement,
representation or warranty (whether negligently or innocently made) or understanding of any person whether or not such person is a party to these Rules. .

11.1. RHL’s decision about whether or not an Entry is a Winning Entry, or in relation to any other matter or dispute arising from the Release / Payment or non-Release / Payment of Winning / Prizes, will be final and binding
provided that it is a reasonable decision (and subject to Rule 12.4). Without limiting the effect of the previous sentence,
Rule 11.1 and all related in these Rules/Terms & condition, following any such decision made by RHL,
RHL may (at its discretion), reimburse the cost of the Entry or replace the disputed Entry with an Entry for any current Raffle of the same price.
11.2. The remedy in Rule 11.1 will be the Subscriber/enterer’s sole and exclusive remedy, and any reimbursement or replacement will fully discharge RHL from any liability in respect of such a dispute (subject to Rule 11.4).
RHL will not be liable to Release / Pay any interest in respect of any reimbursement made under this Rule 11.
11.3. RHL may withhold Release / Payment of a Winning / Prize and/or make an equivalent Release / Payment into court until any dispute has been resolved.
11.4. RHL operates a written procedure for handling Subscriber/enterer complaints. Information about the complaints procedure will be accessible via the RHL website.
Once You have completed the internal complaints process, and if Your complaint concerns a financial entitlement in relation to a Raffle, You are entitled to refer Your dispute to the Regulatory body / Commission.

12.1. Any person who buys an Entry or submits an Entry for validation or who claims a Winning
/ Prize in whatever capacity, agrees to be bound by the provisions of any applicable legislation, these Rules, the Privacy Policy, the Terms & Conditions where relevant,
the Raffle Procedures, any Raffle Specific Rules that apply (all as amended from time to time) and any other rules or procedures, statements or explanations RHL may issue in respect of that Raffle Subscribed/entered.
12.2. RHL may change these Rules, the relevant Raffle Procedures and any Raffle Specific Rules applicable to the Raffles Subscribed/entered, and the Terms and Conditions (including the Privacy Policy) at any time.
These changes will be effective immediately from the date of their publication on the Site (or any earlier time RHL states),
or on notification to You that the changes have taken place (whichever takes place sooner) and will apply to Entries bought
after the date on which the changes become effective, and/or Entries bought before that date if reasonable in the circumstances.
Notification will be via our website, by email, notification, post or any other form of communication reasonably decided by RHL. You agree that You will be bound by the changes when You next subscribe/enter a Raffle Subscribe/entered ,
access Your Account or claim a Winning / Prize after the changes have become effective, or (where relevant) when You expressly accept the changes, whichever takes place first.
12.3. These Rules / Terms & Conditions where relevant, the Privacy Policy, the applicable Raffle Procedures and any applicable Raffle Specific Rules set out the
full extent of RHL’s obligations and liabilities to You in relation to Raffles Subscribed/entered and form the contract between RHL and You for each Raffle Subscribed/entered .
If there is any conflict between these documents, they will apply in the following order (unless RHL states otherwise):
(a) the applicable Raffle Specific Rules (taking first priority); (b) the applicable Raffle Procedures; (c) these Rules / Terms & Conditions, if relevant; (d)
the Privacy Policy. For the avoidance of doubt, if there is any conflict between the documents mentioned in this Rule, RHL’s Decision at each case stands.
12.4. If any provision (or part of a provision) in any of the documents mentioned in Rule 12.3. is decided by a court of competent jurisdiction to be void and/or unenforceable,
that decision will only affect the particular provision (or part of the provision) and will not, in itself, make the other provisions void or unenforceable.
12.5. RHL may assign or otherwise transfer its rights and/or obligations under these Rules in whole or in part to any third party at its sole discretion.
12.6 Except if RHL assigns or transfers its rights and/or obligations under these Rules,
a person who is not a party to these Rules has no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) under Nigeria Law (as amended or re-enacted from time to time,
and any subordinate legislation made under that Act) or otherwise to enforce any provision of these Rules.
12.7 You agree that when You contact the Customer Care Team, You will supply any Raffles-Related Information required by RHL.

The relevant law for these Rules is Nigerian law. Any legal proceedings will be heard in the Nigeria courts.

An account maintained by a Raffle Subscriber/enterer on RHL’s Computer System. RHL: Raffle Home Limited, a company registered in Nigeria, whose registered office is at 1/7, Calvary Close, Akute, Ajuwon.
Computer System: The computer systems used by or on behalf of RHL from time to time to operate Raffles, administer Procedures, Communications, facilitate Entries and Release / Pay Winning / Prizes.
Claim Period: Has the meaning given to it in Rule 3.4. & 4.2.
Commission: The Commission (being the body appointed to regulate Lottery and Raffle) or any other body appointed to regulate Raffle / Lottery from time to time.
Customer Care Team: RHL’s helpline for Subscribe/enterers, contact details of which are set out at the end of these Rules. See the Site for the Customer Care Team’s Details. Entry:
An entry into a Raffle Subscribe/entered which has been paid for and verified by RHL. Subscribe(r)/Enter(y) Slip:
The subscribe/enter slip available in Your Account which shows Your details relevant to each draw Entry.
Winning / Prize: A Winning / Prize won by a Subscribe/enterer from a paid and verified Entry.
Draw: The process which results in the random selection by RHL of a set of Winning Numbers for a Raffle.
Draw-Based Raffle: Has the same meaning as Draw by Raffle.
Draw Break: A point in time before a Draw after which no subscription will be entered into that Draw.
Draw Procedures: The draw procedures that apply to a Draw, as determined by RHL from time to time.
Entry: An entry into a Raffle Subscription/Entry in line with the relevant Raffle Procedures (including via all confirmed payment platform gateway Entries unless otherwise stated).
Raffle: A Raffle, the result of which is determined by a Draw. Raffle Subscribed/Entered:
A Raffle, entry into which can be bought via RHL confirm Payment platforms / gateways.
Raffle Procedures: A written document issued by RHL for a particular Raffle Subscription/entry in addition to these Rules that includes the Raffle name, the price per Entry,
how to subscribe/enter, how a Winning / Prize is won, the dates and/or frequency of Draws, the Raffle Winning / Prize Structure, how Prize winners are determined, and any other relevant information for the Raffle Subscribed/entered.
Raffle Specific Rules: Any rules or conditions issued by RHL in addition to or in substitution for these Rules, which apply only to a particular Raffle Subscribed/entered.
Raffles-Related Information: Your Transaction History, Raffle History and any information RHL requires from and/or about You before providing You with access to the Raffles Subscribe/entered (which may include but not limited to:
for example, Your name, user name, password, phone number(s), Personal Details, security information, address, Identification Information, email address, date of birth and gender).
Identification Information: Information used to establish Your identity, including information required by RHL to confirm the authenticity of that information. Identification Information could include any element of the Raffles-Related Information and any information or documents You provide; which includes but not limited to:
(for example Your passport, driving licence and utility bills) when claiming a Winning / Prize. Subscription/Entry Slip: The subscription/entry slip available which can be used to choose Your Selection for Raffle Entry.
Winning / Prize: A Winning / Prize won by a Subscriber/enterer from an Entry bought via RHL Confirmed payment Platform / Gateways. Rules / Terms & Conditions: The Rules and/or Terms & Conditions that apply when Subscriber / Enterer buy Entries via RHL Confirmed payment Platform / Gateways. The Rules and/or Terms & Conditions are available on RHL’s Site. Subscriber/Enterer: Has the same meaning as You. Privacy Policy: RHL’s policy relating to the use and storage of Your personal information (including, but not limited to Raffles-Related Information), as amended from time to time. Winning / Prize: A Winning / Prize; Reference in these Rules to Release / Payment of Winning / Prizes includes the awarding of non-cash Winnings / Prizes. Winning / Prize Claim Form: The form issued by RHL which is required to be completed and submitted to be eligible to claim certain Winning / Prizes in line with these Rules. Winning / Prize Structure: The value of Winning / Prizes in an individual Raffle as determined by RHL and set out in the Raffle Procedures for the relevant Raffle. Site: The website www.rafflehomes.com.ng. Slip / Ticket: The representation document of Your Entry. Ticket Number: The alphanumeric number included as part of a Ticket which is unique to and which identifies a particular Entry and which is recorded in RHL’s Computer System and, for Entries bought via confirmed RHL Payment Platform Only. Validation Requirements: RHL’s Entry validation requirements referred to in Rule 5 or as otherwise determined by RHL from time to time. Winning Entry: An Entry which entitles You to a Winning / Prize and which meets all the Validation Requirements. Winning Numbers: The numbers and/or letters used to determine the Winning Entries for a Raffle. You: The holder of an Subscription / Entry who is eligible to buy Raffle Entries whose Eligibility has not been rejected, terminated, cancelled, suspended or closed..
